These terms apply to every order placed in the shop “starucci”. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The shop is hosted on the Starucci platform, which only provides the technical tools and is not a party to the sale.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on their product or sales page. Photos and visuals are for illustration; slight differences (colour, appearance) may exist. Offers are valid while stocks last.
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (DH), all taxes included. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, delivery is free. The price applicable is the one displayed when the order is placed.
Orders are placed via the shop form or via WhatsApp, giving name, phone, city and delivery address, and the colour or size where applicable.
The seller may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order. The seller may refuse an order in case of obviously wrong details, unavailability of the product or abusive ordering.
Payment is made in cash on delivery to the courier. The customer may inspect the product before paying. No advance payment is requested.
Products are delivered to the address given, within Morocco. Delivery times are indicative and may vary by city. In case of significant delay, the customer can contact the seller. A customer who refuses a conforming product on delivery does not pay for it.
In accordance with Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection measures, the customer has seven (7) days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving reasons or paying penalties, except possibly the cost of return.
The product must be returned complete, in its original condition and packaging. The seller refunds the amounts paid within a maximum of fifteen (15) days after the right is exercised.
This right does not apply in particular to products made to the customer’s specifications, products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed or opened, or products liable to deteriorate quickly.
Products benefit from the legal warranties provided by Law No. 31-08 and the Code of Obligations and Contracts (defects of the item sold). In case of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, the customer contacts the seller as soon as possible, preferably with a photo, to obtain an exchange, repair or refund.
Data provided when ordering is used only to process and deliver the order. Details are in the shop’s privacy policy.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of disagreement, the customer and the seller will seek an amicable solution; failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent Moroccan courts, in accordance with consumer protection rules.
