The Starucci platform hosts the shop and acts as a technical processor on behalf of the seller.

• When ordering: full name, phone, city, delivery address, products ordered (colour, size, quantity).
• When ordering via WhatsApp: the same data, plus the messages exchanged with the seller on WhatsApp.
• Technical data: session cookie, pages viewed (visit statistics), IP address.

3. Why we use your data

• To process, confirm and deliver your order.
• To contact you about your order (call, SMS or WhatsApp).
• To handle returns, complaints and warranties.
• To measure shop traffic statistically.

Your data is not sold. You will not receive advertising messages without your prior consent.

• The seller and, where applicable, their staff.
• The delivery company, only with the data needed for delivery.
